Wild Goose Qigong
When: Wednesdays 7:30-9:00
The Wild Goose Qigong system contains longevity exercises and meditations that originated in the Kunlun Mountains of Western China many centuries ago. The exercises are effective at helping treat disease, increase energy, improve mental clarity and brain functions, and maintain general fitness. The practice forms are moderately vigorous.
Each class consists of specific training warmups, followed by instruction and practice in one or more Wild Goose forms. The long-term curriculum is a varied sequence of short and long forms, with a particular focus on the foundational form called The First 64.
New students are welcome to join on the first class of each quarter of the year—Qigong experience is useful, but not required.
Tuition: $100 for the three-month quarter
