The FireHouse Arts & Events Center is a Local, Regional and National Venue for the Performing Arts.

Located in a renovated historic 1927 Bellingham fire station, in the Fairhaven neighborhood, the FireHouse is a Classroom, Performance Space, Cafe, Community Meeting Space, Events Space, Theater, and Art Gallery (along with a Neighborhood Pocket Park outback!)

The FireHouse Studio hosts a (hidden) historic map of Fairhaven! The map was created after the opening of the fire station and was updated until the early 1960s. For more detail and some pictures, you can visit the Fairhaven History website.

Home to many fine artists, the Studio space is available for classes, workshops, performances, and recitals.

We are a nonprofit organization operating under the
501(c)(3) fiscal sponsorship of Allied Arts of Whatcom County. The FireHouse is dedicated to connecting the Community with the Arts. Donations will be used for FireHouse Scholarships to assist with costs for Educational Events, Instructional Classes, and to assist smaller and economically challenged performing arts groups in our community teach, learn, and perform, allowing them opportunities they cannot otherwise afford.
