Living in Rhythm with Nature

Resting and restoring in a spring soundscape, feeling into seasonal transition of new beginnings and refreshing energy of nature’s shifting. Rise feeling balanced, connected and rejuvenated.

For your maximum comfort please bring a yoga mat/blanket/padding and a small pillow to create your cozy “nest to rest” while lying down.  Bring your favorite blanket to nestle in and (optional) a small bolster/rolled towel or pillow for under your knees, as it releases and relaxes the lower back. Seated, chair and reclined meditation all welcome.
